I am not satisfied with my PRO license. Can you please refund my purchase?
Here at Karamba3D we always strive to ensure that each user's experience is enjoyable and are always here to help with any troubleshooting issues. If your license has already been processed and sent out, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are dissatisfied with the program, please send us an email and we can help to resolve any problems you may have.
When will I receive the license after purchasing?
Karamba3D licenses will be processed within 1 working day of successful payment. If you haven’t received any email notification please send us an email regarding your purchase.
I live in a country that has restricted payment. Can I still purchase a license?
Unfortunately those who are restricted to make payments will not be able to purchase a EDU/PRO license.
Simply send us an email with your concern and we will gladly help you to get obtain a license.
